Location: Shelbyville, IN (must live within 60 miles)

💼 POSITION DETAILS
- Home Time: Daily (2 consecutive days off weekly)
- Schedule: 24/7 operation
- Start Times: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Shift Length: 10–12 hours (up to 14 as needed)
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 Months
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,350
- Annual: Up to ~$70,000
Mileage Pay (based on experience):
- 0–12 Months: $0.56 CPM
- 12–36 Months: $0.58 CPM
- 37–60 Months: $0.60 CPM
- 61+ Months: $0.62 CPM
Additional Pay:
- $55 Unload Pay (per trailer)
- $20 Stop Pay
- $15/hr Detention (after 2 hours)
- $15/hr Breakdown
Training Pay:
- $100/day (1–2 day ride-along)
🚚 FREIGHT & OPERATIONS
- Freight Type: Dry Van & Refrigerated
- Load Type: 100% Driver Unload
- Palletized freight using electric pallet jack
- Equipment: Day Cab (Slip Seat)
- Route Info:~1,700–2,000 miles per week
- 2–5 stops per route
- Multiple routes possible per day
- Operating in IN, OH, IL (home daily)
⚠️ ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Must have personal transportation to and from terminal daily
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Mandatory 6th day during week before holidays
- Slip seat operation (no assigned truck)
- No weekend-off schedules available
📋 REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL A License
- Minimum 3 Months Experience
- Must meet DOT & background requirements
- Must pass urine & hair drug test
- Must complete new DOT physical upon hire
